FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Management

Don’t risk hiring a driver, or retaining a driver that has DOT drug violations that have not been resolved. Have us serve as your C/TPA to manage your FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. We will send queries on your behalf as required per the FMCSA. As of 01/06/2020 FMCSA Clearinghouse Employer registration is required for ALL employers who have at least one person subject to DOT drug testing regulations.

Per the FMCSA: Drivers must have their drug and alcohol history reviewed at least annually. Employers must perform a full query prior to hiring a driver after 01/06/2020.

This requirement is separate of enrollment in a DOT drug pool but billed as part of our DOT Drug Program Enrollment, not billed separately like other providers. We can also help guide you through establishing your account and linking it to your USDOT number.
